This website is operated by MC Direct. Throughout this website, the terms “MC Direct,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MC Direct.

MC Direct offers this website, including all information, products, services, features, and tools available through this website, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the other policies referenced herein.

By visiting mcdirect.org, purchasing a product, creating an account, submitting content, contacting us, or otherwise using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all website visitors, customers, account holders, purchasers, contributors, and other users.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products from MC Direct.

Any new feature, product, service, or tool added to the website will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to make a purchase from MC Direct.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Your purchase and intended use of the product comply with applicable law.

You may not use the website or any MC Direct product for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You may not transmit malware, viruses, destructive code, or other material intended to disrupt or damage the website, Shopify, MC Direct, or another person.

A violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the website or cancellation of an order.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

MC Direct sells apparel, licensed merchandise, patriotic products, survival products, emergency products, accessories, and other merchandise.

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, artwork, images, and specifications accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on a screen or device.
• Product packaging may change.
• Manufacturers may make minor product updates.
• Apparel measurements may vary slightly.
• Product images may include props or backgrounds that are not included.
• Product descriptions may contain information supplied by a manufacturer or fulfillment partner.

MC Direct may limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region, jurisdiction, or order quantity when reasonably necessary.

We may discontinue or modify a product without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

Inventory may change after an order is submitted, particularly when a product is supplied by an outside brand, licensed vendor, Shopify Collective partner, or fulfillment provider.

When an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, MC Direct may:

• Cancel and refund the unavailable item.
• Offer a revised expected shipment date.
• Offer a comparable replacement with the customer’s approval.

MC Direct will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without customer approval.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout.

MC Direct may change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability without prior notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless there was an obvious error or the customer agrees to a modification.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable charges may be added during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

Payment is processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

MC Direct generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

An order may be declined, canceled, or held for review when:

• Payment is declined.
• Information cannot be verified.
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
• A pricing or inventory error occurred.
• The order violates applicable law.
• The order violates these Terms or another MC Direct policy.

SECTION 5 — ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges that MC Direct received the order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

MC Direct may accept, reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

• Product unavailability
• Payment problems
• Fraud concerns
• Pricing errors
• Shipping restrictions
• Supplier limitations
• Suspected resale activity
• Quantity limitations
• Legal or carrier restrictions

When MC Direct cancels a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 6 — PRICING AND INFORMATION ERRORS

MC Direct may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving:

• Prices
• Promotions
• Shipping charges
• Transit estimates
• Inventory
• Product specifications
• Availability

When a material error affects an order, MC Direct may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.

MC Direct is not required to honor an obviously incorrect price when the customer knew or reasonably should have known that the price was erroneous, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 7 — FULFILLMENT PARTNERS AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

MC Direct may use approved brands, licensed suppliers, Shopify Collective partners, manufacturers, warehouses, carriers, and other third-party fulfillment providers to process and deliver orders.

Products from a single order may:

• Ship from different locations
• Arrive in separate packages
• Arrive on different dates
• Include multiple tracking numbers
• Be delivered by different carriers

MC Direct remains the customer’s primary point of contact for the entire order.

Information reasonably necessary to fulfill an order may be shared with the applicable supplier, fulfillment partner, payment processor, or carrier.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

MC Direct is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Labor disruptions
• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses
• Government actions
• Supplier delays
• Events affecting transportation networks

When an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, MC Direct will provide the notices, cancellation options, revised shipment information, and refunds required by applicable law.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the MC Direct Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain authorization before mailing a return.

Because MC Direct uses multiple fulfillment partners, return addresses may vary by product.

Do not return an item to the address printed on a shipping label unless MC Direct specifically authorizes that address for the return.

SECTION 10 — SURVIVAL, FIRST-AID, EMERGENCY, KNIFE, AND TOOL PRODUCTS

Some products sold by MC Direct may include survival equipment, emergency supplies, first-aid products, tools, edged tools, knives, hatchets, or other products that require careful and lawful use.

By purchasing such a product, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use it.
• You meet any applicable age requirement.
• The product is lawful at the shipping destination.
• You will follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings.
• You will use the product responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
• You will keep hazardous products away from children and unauthorized users.

MC Direct may cancel an order when a product cannot legally or safely be shipped to the requested destination.

Survival and emergency products are not a guarantee of safety, rescue, or successful performance in every circumstance.

First-aid or emergency information provided on the website is general product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Customers should seek appropriate professional assistance during a medical or life-threatening emergency.

SECTION 11 — UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS LICENSING

MC Direct is an official trademark licensee of the United States Marine Corps.

MC Direct is not an official United States Marine Corps website, military organization, government agency, or representative of the United States government.

United States Marine Corps names, insignia, artwork, slogans, and trademarks are owned by the United States Marine Corps and are used under applicable license or authorization.

The presence of licensed merchandise does not mean that the United States Marine Corps endorses every statement, product category, business practice, supplier, or third-party service appearing on this website.

The official United States Marine Corps website is www.marines.mil.

SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, website text, photographs, graphics, logos, artwork, page designs, videos, advertisements, and other original content are owned by MC Direct, licensed to MC Direct, or used with permission.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes.

MC Direct does not guarantee that:

SECTION 20 — INDEMNIFICATION
